Presentation

Former Secretary of the Conference and former member of the Paris Bar Council, Yves Repiquet served as President of the Paris Bar from 2005 to 2006. Yves has advised and litigated for nearly 50 years in various areas of law, including white-collar crime, arbitration and mediation.

Yves Repiquet is a member of the Paris and Luxembourg Bars.

He represents the interests of various types of clients, including international companies, institutions, investment funds, wealthy families and celebrities.

He is regularly appointed by the parties as a mediator in disputes opposing international companies. He also acts as counsel or arbitrator in complex disputes.

Yves Repiquet has also been a member of the High Council of Administrative Tribunals and Courts of Appeal, as well as President of the National Advisory Commission on Human Rights.

Yves Repiquet represented the Paris Bar before the European Court of Justice.

Recent experience

  • Counsel to a leading public figure before the Investigating Committee of the French Court of Justice;
  • Counsel to the CEO of an international bank pursued on charges of money laundering;
  • Counsel to an executive under investigation for abuse of corporate assets;
  • Counsel to an executive involved in a criminal case before the Court of Appeal in relation to tax evasion;
  • Counsel before the ECtHR for failure to provide a fair trial due to the excessive length of an investigation procedure in France;
  • Counsel to an executive pursued on charges of fictitious employment.
